Speaker Production Process, There Are Three Main Steps

Speaker is a device that can transform the audio signal into sound, generally speaking, refers to the speaker host box or subwoofer box with its own power amplifier, the audio signal is amplified and processed by the speaker itself to play back the sound, so that its sound becomes larger. Sound box is the terminal of the whole, is an extremely important part of the audio system, its role is to convert the audio into the corresponding, and it radiates to the space.

Sound box classification is diverse, a wide variety. Speaker according to the use of occasions, can be divided into two categories of professional speakers and home speakers; according to the frequency of playback, can be divided into full-band speakers, bass speakers and subwoofer; according to the use of points, can be divided into the main amplifier speakers, monitor speakers and reverberation speakers, etc.; according to the structure of the box to points, can be divided into sealed speakers, inverted speakers, labyrinth speakers, acoustic tube speakers and multi-cavity resonance speakers; according to the box material points; can be divided into wooden speakers, plastic speakers, metal speakers, etc.; by technology, can be divided into traditional speakers, wireless speakers, intelligent speakers, etc..

Speaker production process is mainly divided into the following three major steps: pre-processing, assembly engineering, tuning and packaging.

First, the speaker production process – before processing

Before processing refers to the processing of all parts before the speaker is put into the group force line. It mainly includes: riveting, nail terminals, magnetic air circuit, plastic frame processing, etc., in addition to the drum paper and brocade wire processing.

1、Stand before processing process.

Riveting → staple terminal → core AB glue → magnet AB glue → set frame → insert center gauge → row plate → dial center gauge

2、Processing process before the plastic frame

Iron sheet glue → set frame → put iron sheet screw dispensing → put terminal screws → lock terminal screws → row of boards → core AB glue → magnet AB glue → set frame → insert center gauge → row of boards → dial the center gauge

3、Processing process of brocade wire

Drum paper punching → threading → glue dispensing → board arrangement

Second, the speaker production process-assembly engineering

1、The first project

Blowing → playing pop-up wave glue → playing frame glue → set pop-up wave sound ring → neck AB glue → wearing drum paper → playing gasket glue → putting gasket → pressing gasket (pressing drum paper) → arranging board

2、Secondary engineering

Put the body → spot welding oil → insert solid line fixture → welding terminal → welding eye point → dial solid line fixture → dial voice coil gauge → magnetize → play dust cover and neck reinforcement glue → spot eye spot glue → measure polarity → paste dust cover → arrange the board

Third, the speaker production process – tuning packaging process

Put the body → cut the line → pick the line → test sound → play after the magnetic glue → on the magnetic → cover seal → packaging
