Bag Folding Inspection, There Is Divided Into The Following Three Questions:

Question 1. What is the folding process?

Without the processing of chemical raw materials or physical operations, workers need to fold the excess leather, wrap the edges and corners, sew with a folding machine, and trim the excess leather neatly. The width of the fold is usually about 0.5cm, which is also determined according to the customer’s requirements and different styles of products. Some customers also require the width of the fold to be measured when bag folding inspection is in progress.

Question 2. What are the characteristics of the folding process?

Improve the appearance of the product, because the texture of the leather should be observed before folding, and the angle of flanging should be determined to make the texture more natural and present a visual sense of wholeness.
Compared with the oil edge, after the long-term use and regular maintenance, the edge of the product will be smoother.
