China Ninghai Stationery, A Big Change Under The New Policy!

As one of the main activities of the 2019 China Ninghai Stationery Industry Expo, “China Stationery Cross-Border Trade Facilitation and Security” theme forum was held on November 15 at Ninghai International Convention and Exhibition Center.

This forum is jointly sponsored by Ningbo Customs, Ningbo Ninghai County People’s Government, jointly organized by Ninghai Customs, Ninghai County Bureau of Market Supervision, closely around the national strategy to expand and open up, focusing on the convenience and safety of cross-border trade in stationery, interpretation of customs inbound and outbound regulatory policies, looking forward to the development trend of China Ninghai stationery high quality, exchange of ideas to promote the convenience and safety of cross-border trade in stationery in Ninghai, China, is committed to further optimize the port business environment, promote stationery trade taking into account the international and domestic markets, to achieve the stationery products into and out of excellence.

Formulate China Ninghai Stationery Cross-Border Trade Strategy

Technical trade measures research and evaluation base, is the People’s Republic of China WTO / TBT-SPS National Notification Advisory Center (“National Notification Advisory Center”) in the industrial clusters, leading technology and the establishment of foreign technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment procedures of research and evaluation institutions, the main work is to jointly carry out the WTO other member countries of technical trade measures information tracking, notification and evaluation, research and analysis and response to deal with the work.

The establishment of research and evaluation bases aims to bring together all sectors of society, improve the quality of foreign trade supply, and is an innovative service initiative to promote trade facilitation. At the same time, the forum released the government, associations, enterprises to jointly promote the transformation and upgrading of China Ninghai stationery industry, quality and efficiency of the three achievements, by the China Stationery and Sporting Goods Industry Association, Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision, respectively, to promote the “China Stationery Products Group Standards” list, “PinZhiBiao Zhejiang manufacturing” stationery products list, by Ningbo Customs issued the “Import and Export Stationery Quality and Safety Guide (2019 Edition)”.

Forum keynote speech session was around the convenience and security of the mainstream of the current global trade situation, combined with China Ninghai stationery import and export customs statistics analysis, explain the new period of customs in the institutional reform of the team and functions of further expansion based on the promotion of simplified procedures, two-step declaration, multiple checks and other key areas and key aspects of business reform, improve the efficiency of port clearance, optimize the business environment, and help promote the quality development of China Ninghai stationery cross-border trade, high level of openness.

Future Development Plans For China Ninghai Stationery

It is reported that the stationery industry has been included in the Ninghai County “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” and the future period of key development industries.
