This type of importer is relatively small, but has different development prospects depending on the characteristics of the industry. Since there are no employees in China, factory development and sample audits have to rely on the internet and international express. Perhaps many factories will provide their internal audits to the importer, but it depends on the size of the factory. Self-inspection in large factories is already very standardized and can even be used as an industry standard. Small and medium-sized factories, or even small workshops, their quality control is uneven. It is far from enough to rely on the importer’s remote control.

At this moment, I suggest that such importers can choose a cost-effective third-party inspection company, inspection costs are not high, but also to curb losses in a timely manner. At the same time, there are a variety of inspection services to choose from, such as factory recommendation,factory audits and sample compliance services. These will help importers to confirm the strength of the factory and product quality before establishing long-term cooperation with the factory.

One office in China and small

Typically, such importers have their offices in Guangdong or Shanghai, China, or in areas where the product supply chain is located. However, because of the COVID-19 epidemic has been repeated in China’s major cities, the movement of personnel is no longer as convenient as it once was, and quarantine and nucleic acid testing are the norm. In the inspection industry, inspectors cannot avoid traveling across provinces and cities,similarly, inspectors in the importer’s China office are unable to travel to factories. As a result, the functions of the office are only factory development, sample development, sample management and logistics arrangement.The authority to confirm the order basically belongs to the importer’s headquarters.Then China office management dilemma emerged.
