Defects Prone To Occur In Packaging Inspection

If there are many wrinkles on the film, the cost of heat shrinkable film will increase and the light transmittance will decrease. If the film is damaged, the beauty of the product will drop rapidly, which will directly affect the sales. As a result, the effects of moistureproof, waterproof and dustproof will disappear and the basic functions of the product may be damaged if it is placed in the warehouse for a long time.
Packaging Inspection Performed by Factories
In order to avoid these situations, the appropriate shrink film can be selected according to the shape of the product in the early stage, which can be divided into single film, folded film and tube film. At this time, carry out the thermoplastic packaging, there won’t be extra films on the product.If the factory uses recycled materials for secondary processing, the color of the shrink film will turn blue. When thermoplastic packaging is carried out, if hot air is not uniformly or the temperature is low, there may be a large number of bubbles and wrinkles.On the contrary, if the temperature is too high, the film will melt and break.In terms of factory self-inspection, if the defective products are not picked out during packaging inspection and also do not carry out to during production inspection,the defective products will flow to the market and affect product sales. Therefore, the choice of materials in the early stage and completion of product production,then ask a third-party inspection company to check and focus on packaging inspection.After the inspection, the factory reworks the defective products and re-checks the packaging inspection so that transparent packaging can fully play its role.
