Since it is a coffee cup, most consumers will drink the cup directly taken by their hands after buying coffee, because now coffee shops will attach heat shields to the sides of the cup so that the cup will not be hot. However, a few consumers will hold the lid with their hands. At this time, if the lid cannot bear the weight of hot coffee, a trip to the hospital may be inevitable.

In order to solve the scald problem during the pre-shipment inspection, if you can think of having the inspector simulate the product use test on site under extreme conditions and show the test results in the report, the customer can improve the product and add warning words, etc.
