What SCS service base on ?

SCS service is based on a courier package sent by the factory, in which the samples are packed by the factory.
Since the importer ( CQI’s Client) requires the factory to develop samples in a timely manner,
the factory is usually required to mail the completed samples to CQI’s office for Sample Quality Inspection (SQI) as soon as possible,
Generally, it is not possible for factories to make a large number of samples in a short period of time and send them in a uniform manner.
Because it is more expensive for factories to produce samples and they will not provide them in large quantities.
As a result, two or three samples will be mailed directly to the customer, or mailed to the CQI office for SCS service.
Therefore, a factory’s sample delivery package is usually 2 or 3 models packaged together.

In-process Quality Inspection

A SQI Report for only one supplier.

Usually, a SQI report contains relative information for only one supplier’s ( mostly refer to factories) sample, such as photos, drawing, related videos.
It is intended to protect the sample copyright and product confidentiality of different factories.
More importantly, the value of the samples is high and often the factory will request CQI to send the samples back to the factory after the SCS service.
Under the rules of express parcel and sample management, the unpacking and packing of the parcels, and the subsequent mailing, are dedicated.
Therefore, the SCS service is to do SQI inspection on the samples in a factory’s courier sample package,
from sample parcel opening, numbering, SQI inspection, packing, storage, all need a complete set of number tracking process.

CQI’s SCS fee is $68/factory/parcel,

usually no more than three samples in the parcel,

SCS Service Commitment

(1). When an importer (CQI’s client) authorizes CQI to perform SCS services for them, CQI will not disclose information

to any unrelated third parties, usually including but not limited to product design, product concept, design drawings, technical documentation, etc.

(2). CQI provides SCS services to importers in a professional manner, following up on sample development and sample modification progress at the factory. If at any stage of the SCS process, the SCS technician identifies any factors that could cause the sample development to fail, he or she will inform the importer and coordinate the communication between the importer and the factory to facilitate the reduction of the sample development time.

(3). Sample Quality Inspection (SQI) is a prudent quality assessment of samples by SCS technical staff from the quality inspection industry. Compliance with customer samples requires cooperation from various parties, especially when the factory’s samples require multiple modification, or when the technical difficulty of sample modifications exceeds expectations, and so on, SCS technical staff will inform the importer in time and try to coordinate with all parties to solve the problem.
